			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Tags and labels are a big part of understanding and cataloging the vast amounts of data we encounter everyday. Tagging not only allows us to search data more efficiently but it also allows individuals to collectively organize and sort information. </p>
<p>If you are unfamiliar with the tagging of information you can look into one of the largest tagging services del.icio.us. This is a common use of tagging for personal bookmarks which are then aggregated and used by many.</p>
<p>You are tagging a virtual landscape using locations within Google Earth but these photos are also being tagged with a physical location.</p>
<p>Is it possible to tag our physical world, how could this change the way we navigate and understand the landscape? </p>
